Dr. Ken Ross

Ken graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1980.

After working at veterinary practices in the Maritimes and Southern Ontario, Ken Ken came to Eastern Ontario to join the Kingston Veterinary Clinic in 1993.

He enjoys all aspects of veterinary practise but is especially interested in surgery of the canine and feline stifle and feline & canine internal medicine.

Ken always strives to be compassionate and empathetic with his patients.

In his leisure time Ken relaxes with his wife and family, his black Labrador retriever named Angus, and cat named Clarence.


Dr. Hanna Laidlaw

Hanna graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2006.

Hanna spent most of the summer visiting with her family in Denmark and hiking in Spain before deciding that the Kingston Veterinary Clinic was the place she wanted to start her career.

Hanna is excited about putting her degree to good use and joining the rest of the team at the Kingston Veterinary Clinic.

She enjoys the great variety of cases that she sees in general practice, but is particularly interested in canine and feline internal medicine.

Hanna continually strives to provide individual, quality care, and to be empathetic with her patients.

In her spare time, Hanna enjoys outdoor activities such as canoeing, skiing, skating, hiking and traveling. She relaxes at home with her cat Wonky, who has cerebellar hypoplasia and always manages to keep things interesting!


Dr. Jaime Buchanan

Jaime graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College on Prince Edward Island in 2006.

After spending most of her life in the Maritimes, she decided to move to Ontario and join the team at the Kingston Veterinary Clinic.

Jaime's special interests include anesthesia and pain management, as well as canine and feline internal medicine. She enjoys the wide variety of people and animals she gets to meet in private practice. Jaime endeavors to treat every patient and their owners with care and compassion.

In her free time, Jaime enjoys music, physical fitness, taking her dog to the park, and relaxing with friends. She shares her home with her three cats - Ash, Callisto, and Petal, as well as an extremely spoiled black lab named Didi Ramone.
