Community Involvement and Support

The Kingston Veterinary Clinic team supports:

1. Cancer Society

2. Pet Trust at the Ontario Veterinary College:
We make donations in the name of pets that have passed away. These donations go to support research projects in companion animal medicine.

3. Farley Foundation
Since 2007 the Kingston Veterinary has helped raise funds for the Farley Foundation. The Farley foundation uses these funds to help seniors and clients with disabilities pay for surgical and medical procedures on their pets.

4. Veterinarians without Borders
This is a non profit organization that works internationally to help vaccinate dogs against rabies.  This is still a feared and prominent disease in many third world countries.  Each year 55,000 people die from rabies that they contracted from their companion and working dogs.

5. Martha’s Table
This is a local organization that provides people with basic, healthy meals at a very reasonable price.

6. Sheep dog Trails at Grass Creek Park
We make a donation to the organizing committee for this annual   exhibition of  working dogs and their skills.
